Frequently Asked Questions
We process a wide range of metal and engineering plastic materials for custom parts, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloy, titanium alloy, zinc alloy, brass, as well as PTFE (Teflon), POM, nylon, PE, PVC and other high-performance plastics. We also support special alloy materials according to customer requirements for different working conditions.
For most conventional metal and plastic parts, our CNC machining can achieve a tolerance of ±0.01mm. For high-precision components with strict requirements, we can reach ±0.005mm through precision equipment, optimized tool paths and multiple inspections. The actual tolerance depends on part structure, material characteristics and size range.
We provide complete post-processing services, including sandblasting, brushing, polishing, passivation, anodizing (color black, silver, blue, etc.), electroplating, powder coating, heat treatment (hardening, tempering), laser engraving and surface coloring. These treatments can improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, appearance and insulation performance of parts.
Yes, we highly support small-batch production, prototype proofing and trial orders. We have flexible production scheduling to meet rapid development needs of customers. At the same time, we also have stable mass production capacity to ensure consistency of precision and appearance from samples to large-scale production.
We implement a full-process quality control system, including incoming material inspection, process size monitoring, semi-finished product inspection and finished product full inspection. We use calipers, micrometers, height gauges and CMM three-coordinate measuring instruments to detect data. All parts must be 100% inspected before delivery to ensure full compliance with drawings and technical requirements.
For general simple structural parts, the normal delivery time is 3–7 working days. For complex precision parts with multiple processes, it takes 7–15 working days. For mass production orders, the delivery period will be arranged according to order quantity and workshop scheduling. We also provide emergency expediting services for urgent projects.
Yes, our professional engineering team provides free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis and optimization suggestions. We can help customers improve part structure, simplify processing procedures, reduce processing difficulty, lower production costs and shorten cycle time while ensuring product function and performance.
We mainly provide custom machining services for automation equipment, medical devices, semiconductor electronics, automotive and motorcycle parts, new energy, hardware tools, fluid valves, aerospace accessories and other industrial fields. We have rich experience in non-standard precision parts for various high-end equipment.
