Product Overview

Our stainless steel perforated fixture plate is a custom CNC machined jig component built for industrial positioning and assembly workstations. The whole plate is arranged with dense holes of different calibers, all processed to uniform precision standards. It acts as a universal tooling base to fix workpieces, fixtures and testing modules, greatly improving alignment consistency during automated production and precision inspection procedures.

  1. Material Selection
    We use durable stainless steel 304 or 316 as base raw material. The material boasts great hardness, anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance, suitable for long-term frequent use in humid factory environments.
  2. Integrated CNC Milling & Precision Drilling
    The entire plate is clamped once on CNC machining center. We complete surface flattening, contour trimming and multi-spec hole drilling in one processing cycle. All hole position and diameter tolerance can reach ±0.002mm to guarantee accurate positioning.
  3. Full Deburring & Surface Finishing
    After numerical control processing, every hole edge and plate edge undergoes thorough deburring to remove sharp burrs. Standard surface is matte stainless steel finish; passivation, wire drawing and mirror polishing are available as customized options.
  4. Strict Dimensional Inspection
    Each finished plate is fully inspected via CMM coordinate measuring machine. We verify hole spacing, hole diameter and flatness to ensure every batch meets your drawing requirements.
