This is a custom CNC machined stainless steel perforated positioning fixture plate for industrial automation assembly lines. Designed as a multi-spec hole jig base for workpiece clamping and precision testing, it is crafted from premium stainless steel sheets using precision CNC processes including surface milling, round hole drilling, slotted hole milling and numerical bending. It delivers ultra-stable positioning precision and strong rust & abrasion resistance, widely applied to electronic assembly fixtures, inspection equipment and mechanical processing tooling.
Made from high-quality stainless steel 304 or 316, it is equipped with densely arranged round holes and long slotted holes with tight dimensional tolerance, effectively preventing positioning offset and supporting repeated long-time use in complex workshop environments.

Core CNC Machining Technology
- Material Selection We select stainless steel 304 or 316 as raw sheet material. This material features high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance and anti-rust performance, suitable for long-term frequent use in oily, humid factory workshops without bending deformation.
- Full CNC Composite Processing (Core Craft) This part is completely manufactured by CNC machine tools instead of stamping. Step1: CNC surface milling to guarantee the flatness of the whole plate; Step2: CNC drilling for round holes and CNC milling for long slotted holes, all hole sizes and positions reach tolerance ±0.002mm; Step3: CNC numerical bending to form the surrounding installation flanges, no stretching or tearing of metal material.
- Complete Deburring & Custom Surface Treatment After CNC machining, all hole inner walls, hole edges and plate outlines are thoroughly deburred to eliminate sharp edges. Standard surface is brushed stainless steel finish; optional passivation, mirror polishing or matte sandblasting is available according to customer demands.
- Strict Full-Dimension Inspection Each finished fixture plate is fully measured by CMM coordinate measuring machine. We test hole spacing, hole diameter, slotted hole length and overall flatness one by one to ensure all products match customer drawing specifications.
