Product Overview

Our stainless steel perforated mounting plate is a precision CNC composite machined positioning fixture component, specially designed for automated assembly and precision testing stations. The panel is arranged with dense round holes of multiple diameters, and four integrated bent mounting legs at the four corners for direct installation on equipment frames.   1. Raw Material Selection
    We adopt stainless steel 304/316 thin sheet as raw material. This material has excellent hardness, corrosion resistance and ductility, suitable for frequent use in oily, humid factory environments, and will not rust or deform under long-term load.
  2. CNC Composite Processing Core Craft
    This fixture plate cannot be mass-produced by simple stamping due to mixed multi-diameter holes and high flatness requirements:
    Step1: CNC surface milling to ensure the whole panel meets strict flatness standard;
    Step2: CNC precision drilling for different sizes of round holes, hole diameter and position tolerance controlled within ±0.002mm;
    Step3: Numerical control bending machine forms four integrated mounting legs at one time, ensuring consistent bending angle;
    Step4: Full deburring of all hole edges and bending corners to eliminate sharp edges.
  3. Optional Surface Treatment
    Standard finish is brushed stainless steel surface; customers can customize passivation, mirror polishing or matte sandblasting to enhance anti-corrosion and appearance performance.
  4. Strict Full-Dimension Inspection
    Each finished perforated plate is fully measured by CMM coordinate measuring machine. We test hole spacing, hole diameter, panel flatness and bending angle one by one to ensure all products fully comply with customer drawing standards.
