This is a custom 5-axis CNC turn-mill machined aluminum rotary positioning disc for industrial automation rotating fixture systems. Designed as high-coaxiality rotary jig base specially for automated rotating assembly stations, it is fabricated from solid aluminum billets via integrated 5-axis CNC turning and milling processes including concentric stepped turning, curved cavity profiling, counterbore drilling and peripheral positioning claw forming.   2. One-Clamping 5-Axis Composite Machining (Core Craft)
    This complex rotary jig cannot be manufactured by stamping, casting or simple 3-axis machining, fully relying on 5-axis turn-mill center:
    Step1: Single clamping completes all outer circle, inner hole and multi-layer stepped boss precision turning to guarantee ultra-high coaxiality;
    Step2: Multi-angle linkage milling to shape deep curved annular cavity and three peripheral positioning claws in one processing cycle;
    Step3: End face precision drilling to produce evenly distributed concentric counterbore mounting holes;
    Step4: Fine finishing to control overall dimensional tolerance within ±0.002mm.
  3. Deburring & Custom Surface Treatment
    All cavity inner walls, hole edges, stepped corners and positioning claw contours undergo full manual deburring to remove micro cutting burrs. Standard surface is raw CNC silver machining finish; optional post-treatment includes mirror polishing, sandblasting, clear or hard black anodizing per customer drawing requirements.
  4. Full Precision Dimensional Inspection
    Each finished rotary disc passes comprehensive inspection via CMM coordinate measuring machine. We test circular runout, coaxiality, hole position spacing and positioning claw symmetry one by one to maintain consistent precision for prototype samples and mass bulk orders.
