This is a custom CNC machined aluminum alloy panel housing for energy storage communication monitoring equipment. Designed as precision metal shell specially for battery data acquisition control modules, it is manufactured from premium aluminum profiles using precision CNC processes including outline milling, irregular slot cutting, antenna hole drilling, sandblasting and black anodizing with port silk-screen printing. It provides excellent heat dissipation and anti-corrosion protection for internal circuit boards, widely applied for battery cluster monitoring, energy storage signal acquisition and industrial communication control equipment.

Product Overview

Our aluminum equipment panel housing is a precision CNC machined aluminum profile shell, exclusively developed for energy storage battery data acquisition and communication control modules. The two-side panels are pre-processed with multi-size irregular wiring slots and antenna mounting hole, each port printed with clear functional labels for convenient wiring and equipment maintenance. The aluminum shell has natural heat conduction performance to quickly export heat generated by internal electronic components, effectively prolonging the service life of control circuit boards.

Core CNC Aluminum Profile Machining Technology

  1. Raw Material Selection
    We adopt extruded aluminum alloy profile as raw material. The aluminum material owns light weight, high structural rigidity, outstanding thermal conductivity and easy oxidation treatment performance, which is the ideal shell material for heat-sensitive industrial communication control equipment.
  2. CNC Precision Milling Core Craft
    This equipment panel cannot be formed by stamping or sheet metal, fully relying on CNC machining center for customized processing:
    Step1: CNC rough & finish milling to cut overall shell outline and two side panel flat surfaces;
    Step2: Precision slot milling to form irregular long wiring slots of different sizes, CNC drilling for circular antenna mounting hole;
    Step3: Full deburring for all slot edges and hole walls to eliminate sharp cutting burrs that may scratch wiring harnesses;
    Step4: Sandblasting + hard black anodizing to form wear-resistant anti-corrosion surface layer.
  3. Surface Silk-Screen Customization
    After anodizing treatment, we can customize silk-screen printing of port names, model numbers, logo and wiring definitions on the panel according to customer drawings, the printing ink has strong adhesion and will not fade under long-term use.
  4. Strict Precision Inspection
    Each finished aluminum housing is measured by vernier caliper and CMM to test slot size, hole position and flatness, ensuring consistent assembly tolerance for prototype samples and mass production orders.
