This is a custom CNC turn-mill machined aluminum rotary flange fixture with black anodized mounting base for industrial automated rotating equipment. Designed as high-precision rotary positioning assembly specially for robotic rotating jigs and testing rotary modules, it is manufactured from solid aluminum billets via integrated CNC turning, milling, drilling and black hard anodizing processes for the mounting base. Product Overview

Our aluminum rotary flange mounting base assembly is a two-piece precision CNC machined fixture component, serving as core rotary positioning unit for industrial automation rotating machinery. The assembly consists of a black anodized fixed mounting base and a matched annular rotary flange. The base features symmetrical installation grooves and positioning platforms for rack fixation; the circular flange is equipped with evenly distributed mounting holes to lock rotating workpieces, ensuring ultra-stable concentric rotation during automated assembly and optical testing procedures.

  1. Raw Material Selection

  2. Dual-Part CNC Separate Machining Craft
    This assembly cannot be produced by stamping or casting, fully relying on CNC composite processing:

Step 1: Black Anodized Mounting Base Processing

  1. CNC flat milling to form outer contour, symmetrical side mounting grooves and internal positioning platforms;
  2. Precision drilling & tapping for fixed installation holes;
  3. Full deburring, followed by sandblasting + black hard anodizing to achieve scratch-resistant matte black surface.

Step 2: Annular Rotary Flange Processing

  1. CNC turn-mill composite machine one-time clamping to finish inner & outer stepped circular surfaces for high coaxiality;
  2. End face precision drilling of evenly spaced counterbore mounting holes;
  3. Fine finishing to control circular runout tolerance within ±0.002mm.
  4. Surface Treatment Options
    Standard finish: black hard anodizing for mounting base, natural silver machined finish for rotary flange; customizable sandblasting, clear anodizing, mirror polishing for both parts as customer drawing requirements.
  5. Full Precision Inspection
    Each finished assembly undergoes CMM coordinate measuring inspection to test base flatness, flange circular runout, hole position spacing and matching clearance between two parts, guaranteeing consistent precision for prototype and mass orders.
