This is a custom CNC machined aluminum liquid cooling cold plate for high-power industrial equipment heat dissipation. Designed as precision liquid cooling base specially for power modules, laser equipment and new energy battery cooling systems, it is fabricated from solid aluminum alloy plates using precision CNC processes including complex flow channel milling, multi-spec hole drilling and tapping, full deburring and anti-corrosion anodizing. It provides efficient liquid circulation heat transfer performance, widely used for semiconductor power devices, industrial lasers, energy storage converters and high heat flux automation equipment cooling structures.
Made from high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy 6061, it features integrated V-type and labyrinth flow channels with ultra-tight machining tolerance, realizing fast heat exchange and stable long-cycle liquid cooling operation without leakage risk.

- Raw Material Selection We select solid 6061 aluminum alloy plate as raw material. This material has ultra-high thermal conductivity, good ductility and machinability, ideal for deep flow channel milling, and can form dense anti-leakage oxide film after anodizing treatment to prevent coolant corrosion and seepage.
- Complex Flow Channel CNC Milling Core Craft This liquid cooling plate cannot be produced by stamping or casting, fully relying on CNC machining center for one-time composite processing: Step1: One clamping to finish overall plate contour rough and finish milling to guarantee overall flatness; Step2: Multi-angle linkage milling to form V-shaped, labyrinth and herringbone liquid circulation flow channels with uniform groove depth and smooth inner walls to reduce fluid flow resistance; Step3: Precision drilling & tapping for liquid inlet/outlet holes, dense heat dissipation micropores and four-corner counterbore mounting holes, thread tolerance strictly controlled to avoid liquid leakage during assembly; Step4: Full deep cavity deburring for all flow channel inner walls and hole edges to eliminate tiny metal debris blocking coolant circulation.
- Anti-Corrosion Surface Treatment Standard post-process: Hard clear anodizing to form compact protective layer for anti-rust and anti-leakage; optional black sandblasted anodizing, mirror polishing per customer equipment appearance requirements.
- Full Leakage & Dimensional Inspection Each finished cold plate undergoes dual inspection: CMM coordinate measuring machine to test flow channel size, hole position flatness; air tightness pressure leakage test to ensure zero coolant seepage under long-term circulating working pressure.
