This is a custom CNC machined stainless steel limiting shield baffle for industrial automation production line positioning. Product Overview

Our stainless steel limiting shield plate is a precision CNC machined positioning barrier component, specially applied to automation production lines and precision fixture stations. The plate integrates a top integrated limiting rib, one-side rounded arc end and diagonal positioning corner, which can accurately restrict the moving range of conveyed workpieces and isolate internal mechanical structures to avoid collision scratches on finished products. The stainless steel material’s wear resistance guarantees stable limiting effect under long-cycle repeated friction.

Core CNC Milling Processing Technology

  1. Raw Material Selection
    We adopt stainless steel 304 or 316 sheet as raw material. The material has outstanding hardness, wear resistance and natural anti-corrosion performance, suitable for long-term use in oily, humid workshop environments without rusting or surface abrasion.
  2. CNC One-Clamping Milling Core Craft
    This limiting baffle cannot be mass-produced by stamping, fully processed by CNC machining center in single clamping:
    Step1: Overall outline rough & finish milling to form long rectangular main body, rounded arc right end and diagonal locating left corner;
    Step2: Precision shallow groove milling on the top edge to form integrated raised limiting rib for accurate workpiece blocking;
    Step3: Full deburring of all straight edges, arc surfaces and rib corners to eliminate sharp edges that scratch workpieces;
    Step4: Surface wire drawing + passivation treatment to form uniform matte anti-rust texture.
  3. Optional Surface Customization
    Standard finish is brushed stainless steel passivation; mirror polishing, matte sandblasting can be customized according to equipment appearance requirements.
  4. Strict Dimensional Inspection
    Each finished limiting plate is fully measured by calipers and CMM coordinate measuring machine to test plate flatness, rib height, arc radian and overall length tolerance, ensuring consistent positioning accuracy for prototype samples and mass bulk orders.
