Product Overview

Our aluminum damping mounting bracket is a precision CNC machined vibration isolation fixture component, specially designed to fix precision industrial equipment while absorbing operating vibration. The aluminum main body is processed with an integrated curved groove in the middle, matched with a molded black elastic rubber cushion embedded inside.   1. Raw Material Selection
    We select high-strength aluminum alloy 6061 sheet as raw material.   2. CNC Precision Composite Milling Core Craft
    This damping bracket cannot be mass-produced by stamping, relying entirely on CNC machining center for customized forming:
    Step1: One-time clamping to complete outer contour milling and four-corner rounded edge finishing to eliminate sharp corners;
    Step2: Precision curved groove milling in the middle to form the embedded cavity of rubber shock pad, ensuring perfect fit between metal and rubber;
    Step3: CNC drilling and counterboring for all mounting holes and positioning holes, hole tolerance controlled within ±0.002mm;
    Step4: Full deburring for all hole edges and curved groove inner walls to prevent scratch damage to rubber cushion and assembly personnel.
  3. Assembly & Optional Surface Treatment
    Standard surface finish is natural silver machined aluminum texture; sandblasting, clear or black hard anodizing can be customized for anti-corrosion and wear resistance. The elastic rubber cushion is pre-installed into the curved groove to realize integrated shock absorption delivery, and customized rubber hardness is supported for different vibration reduction requirements.
  4. Strict Dimensional Inspection
    Each finished bracket is fully measured by CMM coordinate measuring machine. We test hole position spacing, groove radian, plate flatness and rubber fitting clearance one by one to guarantee consistent assembly precision for prototype samples and mass bulk orders.
