- Precision Continuous Stamping Core Craft This electronic bracket is fully mass-produced by sheet metal stamping dies instead of CNC machining: Step1: Continuous blanking stamping to cut the overall outer contour of the sheet; Step2: Punch round fixing holes and square positioning windows in one stamping stroke; Step3: Multi-station bending to form multiple vertical support flanges, mounting lugs and integrated snap buckles simultaneously; Step4: Edge trimming to remove excess material and ensure uniform size.
- Deburring & Surface Protection After stamping forming, all hole edges and bending sharp edges are fully deburred to prevent scratch damage to circuit boards and electronic parts. The original galvanized surface retains natural anti-rust performance; nickel plating, black powder coating or passivation surface treatment can be customized according to customer requirements.
- Mold Calibration & Batch Inspection All stamping molds are precision calibrated before mass production. Finished brackets are sampled to inspect hole position accuracy, bending angle and snap tightness, ensuring uniform dimensional consistency for large-batch electronic assembly.
