  1. Raw Material Selection

  2. Precision Continuous Stamping Core Craft
    This bracket is fully produced by sheet metal stamping dies instead of CNC machining:
    Step1: Blanking stamping to cut the overall outer contour of the sheet;
    Step2: Punch round fixing holes and long slotted adjustment holes in one stamping stroke;
    Step3: Multi-station bending to form multiple vertical and horizontal support flanges and mounting lugs;
    Step4: Secondary stamping to form integrated snap buckles and positioning convex platforms for component locking.
  3. Deburring & Surface Protection
    After stamping forming, all hole edges and bending sharp edges are deburred to prevent scratch damage to electronic parts. The original electro-galvanized surface retains natural anti-rust performance; we can customize nickel plating, black powder coating or passivation treatment as customer requirements.
  4. Mold & Dimensional Inspection
    All stamping molds are precision calibrated before mass production. Finished brackets are sampled to check hole position accuracy, bending angle and snap tightness, ensuring uniform size consistency for large-batch electronic assembly.
