This is a custom laser cut & bent sheet metal enclosure for battery cluster control unit. Designed as a complete metal control box housing specially for energy storage battery management systems, it is fabricated from premium cold rolled steel sheets using precision sheet metal processes including laser blanking, multi-angle CNC bending, tapping, electrostatic powder coating and surface silk-screen printing. It provides reliable dustproof, anti-corrosion protection for internal circuit modules, widely used for energy storage power stations, industrial battery pack monitoring and battery cluster management equipment.
Made from high-strength cold rolled steel plate with matte black powder coating, it features integrated mounting holes and sloped silk-printed label cover, effectively shielding internal control boards and extending service life in outdoor and industrial energy storage working environments.

- Raw Material Selection We select high hardness cold rolled steel plate as raw material. The steel plate has excellent structural rigidity after bending forming, and the subsequent powder coating greatly improves anti-rust, anti-corrosion and scratch resistance, adapting to harsh industrial energy storage working conditions.
- Full Sheet Metal Integrated Processing Craft This control box cannot be mass-produced by simple stamping, adopting customized laser cutting and CNC bending composite process: Step1: Fiber laser cutting completes box outline, mounting through holes and tapping holes in one step, high precision without burrs; Step2: Multi-station CNC bending machine forms deep storage cavity and inclined front cover to match internal PCB layout; Step3: Tapping processing for all mounting holes to facilitate screw assembly of cover and equipment rack; Step4: Full deburring to eliminate sharp edges to avoid scratching internal circuit parts.
- Surface Treatment & Silk Printing After sheet metal forming, the whole box undergoes degreasing, phosphating and matte black electrostatic powder spraying for full anti-corrosion protection. Custom silk-screen printing is available for product model, wiring diagram, text logo and parameter labels on the cover as customer drawings require.
- Strict Dimension & Appearance Inspection Each finished enclosure is inspected for bending flatness, hole position accuracy, coating uniformity and printing definition, ensuring consistent appearance and assembly tolerance for prototype samples and mass orders.
