  3. Deburring & Custom Surface Treatment
    All inner cavity edges, hole mouths and outer contours are thoroughly deburred to remove tiny burrs. The standard surface is original CNC machining silver texture; optional post-processing includes sandblasting, clear/hard black anodizing, mirror polishing as customer drawings require.
  4. Full-Range Precision Inspection
    Every finished housing base passes complete dimensional testing by CMM coordinate measuring machine. We inspect cavity radian, hole position flatness and boss coaxiality one by one to guarantee uniform precision for prototypes and mass bulk orders.
