This is a custom CNC turn-mill machined aluminum rotary flange disc base for industrial rotating automation equipment. Designed as high-coaxiality rotary connection flange specifically for rotating mechanical assemblies, it is made from solid aluminum billets via integrated CNC turning and milling processes including stepped profile turning, curved surface finishing and counterbore hole drilling. Our aluminum rotary flange base disc is a precision rotary component processed by CNC turn-mill composite machine, serving as core connecting flange for all kinds of industrial rotating automation devices. The part adopts integrated disc structure with multi-stage coaxial stepped central boss, evenly arranged counterbore mounting holes and smooth transitional curved surfaces.   1. Raw Material Selection
    We use solid aluminum alloy 6061 or 7075 bar stock as raw material. This material features light weight, high rigidity, excellent machinability and natural corrosion resistance, which can effectively reduce rotary load without losing structural bearing capacity.
  2. Integrated CNC Turn-Mill Core Craft
    This rotary part cannot be produced by stamping or sheet metal, relying entirely on turn-mill composite machining:
    Step1: Single clamping completes outer circle, inner hole and multi-layer stepped boss precision turning to guarantee coaxiality;
    Step2: CNC finish turning for smooth transitional curved surfaces to reduce rotation friction;
    Step3: End face milling & drilling to process evenly distributed counterbore mounting holes in one setup;
    Step4: Fine finishing ensures dimensional tolerance within ±0.002mm.
  3. Deburring & Custom Surface Treatment
    All hole edges, stepped corners and curved surfaces are thoroughly deburred to remove tiny cutting burrs. Standard surface is bright machined finish; optional post-treatment includes mirror polishing, sandblasting, clear/hard anodizing as customer drawing demands.
  4. Full Precision Inspection
    Each finished flange disc undergoes full inspection by CMM coordinate measuring machine. We test coaxiality, circular runout, hole position spacing and flatness one by one to keep consistent precision for prototype samples and mass orders.
